Once or twice a day, apply a 1/2" strip between the cheek and upper gums. This is a brushless toothpaste, which means the pet's own saliva distributes the product to all parts of the mouth. If you prefer to apply with a brush, you can, but it's not necessary.

The chemistry of this line was borne of a similar branded name, Bioténe®*, the leading product for the management of a condition called Xerostomia (Dry Mouth) in humans and adapted for use in pets.
