Shipping Information

We offer fast, reliable UK delivery on all orders. Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days. Customers can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for faster delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm) for next-day service on eligible items.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day (excluding bank and public holidays). Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday), excluding bank and public holidays, will be dispatched the same day. Delivery services and estimated times may vary depending on the product and will be displayed at checkout.

If you provide an email address during checkout, we’ll send order confirmation and tracking updates (eligible products only).

All products are listed as in stock. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer either a full refund or dispatch once the product is restocked.

Delivery Options

Our standard delivery service for most items is Royal Mail Tracked 48, offering reliable, fully trackable delivery across the UK. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Customers can upgrade their delivery at checkout to:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 for faster delivery, or

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm) for next-day service on eligible items.

Certain locations may incur a delivery surcharge. In most cases, this is calculated automatically at checkout. If a surcharge cannot be applied automatically, we will contact you to advise on the additional cost and available options. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge is not accepted or paid.

Delivery Timeframes & Liability

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, Furever Products cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, severe weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.

We rely on trusted third-party couriers and must adhere to their terms and conditions, which confirm that all delivery times are approximations.

Limitations of Liability

Furever Products cannot be held liable for:

  • Delayed or failed deliveries.

  • Missing or damaged items.

  • Any consequential losses arising from delivery delays or product issues.

If you are purchasing items essential to an animal’s housing, comfort, or health, we strongly recommend maintaining contingency plans in case of unexpected delivery delays.

Returns & Exchange Policy – Furever Products

No Hassle Return Policy

Stuff happens — we get it. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase or simply change your mind, Furever Products is here to help, not hassle.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at info@fureverproducts.co.uk and we’ll work with you to make things right.

Buyer’s Remorse

Changed your mind? No problem! If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you can return it unopened within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply email us to confirm you’d like to make a return, and send the unopened product back to us. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund minus any initial delivery charges.

Received the Wrong Product

Our warehouse team works hard to ensure accuracy, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll arrange the return of the incorrect item at no cost to you, and we’ll dispatch the correct item immediately so you receive it as soon as possible.

Package Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and let us know what happened. We’ll coordinate the return and cover all return shipping costs.

We’ll also send a replacement right away. If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged package — it helps us improve packaging and report issues to our courier partners for gentler handling in the future.
