VetriScience Veterinary Strength Calm & Confident for Dogs – 60 Chews

For use in dogs only – This formula is no longer labelled for cats. VetriScience make a separate Calm & Confident for cats.

Four active ingredients – Colostrum Calming Complex®, L-theanine, thiamine (vitamin B1) and L-tryptophan.

Works within 30 minutes – Clinically shown to take effect in around half an hour and last up to 4 hours.

No loading dose – Give it daily or only when you need it, with no build-up period.

No drowsiness or personality change – It supports calm behaviour rather than sedating your dog.

60 soft chews – Palatable and easy to give, with no special handling needed.

Fireworks and thunderstorms – Fast onset makes it practical for events you can see coming.

Vet and grooming visits – Give around 30 minutes before you set off.

Travel and boarding – Supports dogs through car journeys and time in kennels.

Separation anxiety – Used alongside a training plan rather than in place of one.

Changes in routine – House moves, new arrivals or a change of household pattern.

Cognitive and brain function support – Recommended for more serious behavioural cases and for quality sleep.

Dogs up to 13.5 kg (30 lb) – ½ chew daily.

Dogs 14–27 kg (31–60 lb) – 1 chew daily.

Dogs over 27 kg (61 lb and above) – 2 chews daily.

Timing – Give around 30 minutes before a stressful event. It can be given with or without food.

Frequency – Up to twice daily, or on an as-needed basis. There is no loading period.

Times of increased stress – It is safe to double the amount. Unlike standard Calm & Confident, this clinical strength formula should not be tripled.

For dogs only – Do not give this formula to cats. Consult your vet for specific dosing, or if your dog is under veterinary care.
